Kona's Story

I decided I would go look at dogs to adopt as I was curious if I were ready to adopt one.  8-week-old Kona, who had been dropped off at the shelter, immediately stuck her paws through her crate and whined like she wanted to be picked up. I got to hold her and after that, there was no way I could not take her home.  We've been best friends ever since. 3 1/2 years later and we now live in Denver and Kona is having a great time out here. She loves the snow. When it snows I take her to a park nearby and she runs around in it for hours. She is a very smart, sweet, and playful dog. Adopting Kona is the best decision I've ever made.
