"My fiancé and I adopted Cheyanne, a German Shepherd mix, from the Saxe-Forte shelter this past June. I saw a post about her on the HSNT Instagram, and I knew she was the one for us. The next day, we drove out from Grand Prairie to meet her. The first thing I noticed about her was that she was so long for a German Shepherd, and the first thing my fiancé noticed was that she was the only dog in the whole row who didn't bark at us!
